Soul Activation Session
Soul Activations are multidimensional healing journeys that weave together Quantum Kinesiology, Reiki, Energy Medicine, and The W.O.M.B. Method.
These sessions blend a range of modalities, some that have been around for thousands of years, incorporating somatic body work, traditional Chinese medicine, the meridian system, energetic medicine, body psychology, emotional healing, subconscious rewiring, activation of the soul’s original blueprint, and awakening of ancient codes within the body and womb.
Every Soul Activation is blended with the frequency of The W.O.M.B. Method, woven through for your highest healing and remembrance.
In a session, we dive deep into the subconscious, body, and soul to find the root cause of your stress or issue. We clear blockages (emotional, ancestral, and energetic), release outdated belief systems and patterns and open you to embody what you truly desire.

Somatic Breathwork
Somatic Breathwork is a powerful practice that works directly with the body to release stored stress, emotions, and trauma. It helps regulate the nervous system, shift stagnant energy, and bring you back into connection with your body’s natural rhythm. Through conscious connected breathing, we access deep layers of the subconscious, clearing what no longer serves, emotions, wounding, patterns, limiting beliefs, which creates space for clarity, openness, new patterns & beliefs, deeper awareness, pleasure and aliveness.
Energetic healing is woven through every session, supporting you to feel & transmute many layers, physical, emotional, mental and energetic. We may work with your energy field, chakras, and subtle body. The shift is physical & vibrational. Breathwork is sacred & ceremonial, its where body and soul meet.
Contraindications for Breathwork
Please consult your doctor before doing breathwork if any of the following relate to you.
- Cardiovascular issues (e.g. heart disease, arrhythmias, high blood pressure)
- Epilepsy or seizure disorders
- Glaucoma or retinal detachment
- Severe asthma
- Unstable psychiatric conditions (e.g. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, psychosis)
- Recent surgery or physical injury (especially abdominal, spinal, or brain surgery)
- Pregnancy (especially 1st trimester) – though gentle breathwork can be modified safely
- History of trauma/PTSD – while breathwork can be healing, it may be very activating, please let me know if this is you so I can prepare for the session.
