W.O.M.B Breathwork
Somatic Breathwork is a powerful practice that works directly with the body to release stored stress, emotions, and trauma. It helps regulate the nervous system, shift stagnant energy, and bring you back into connection with your body’s natural rhythm. Through conscious connected breathing, we access deep layers of the subconscious, clearing what no longer serves, emotions, wounding, patterns, limiting beliefs, which creates space for clarity, openness, new patterns & beliefs, deeper awareness, pleasure and aliveness.
Energetic healing is woven through every session, supporting you to feel & transmute many layers, physical, emotional, mental and energetic. We may work with your energy field, chakras, and subtle body. The shift is physical & vibrational. Breathwork is sacred & ceremonial, its where body, mind and soul meet.
Contraindications for Breathwork
Please consult your doctor before doing breathwork if any of the following relate to you.
- Cardiovascular issues (e.g. heart disease, arrhythmias, high blood pressure)
- Epilepsy or seizure disorders
- Glaucoma or retinal detachment
- Severe asthma
- Unstable psychiatric conditions (e.g. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, psychosis)
- Recent surgery or physical injury (especially abdominal, spinal, or brain surgery)
- Pregnancy (especially 1st trimester) – though gentle breathwork can be modified safely
- History of trauma/PTSD – while breathwork can be healing, it may be very activating, please let me know if this is you so I can prepare for the session.
