Reiki is a Japanese healing technique, used to enhance the physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of the whole body. Reiki uses ‘universal energy’ that radiates from the hands of the practitioner and flows through your body to assist with clearing physical, emotional and spiritual blockages. Reiki also activates your own innate natural healing process.

Rei ~ meaning higher intelligence or spiritual wisdom and Ki ~ meaning life force energy.

Aromatherapy ~ is the use of essential oils, these support the wellness and healing for the body, mind and soul, they also help release stuck energy & emotions, and encourage more loving emotions.

A Reiki session is a gentle yet powerful treatment that will help balance, clear and purify your body, mind and spirit on every level. The hands of the practitioner are gently placed on or just above the client’s body. Generally this is a deeply relaxing experience.
