The spiral is one of the oldest symbols there is. Shells, ferns, galaxies, whirlpools. Creation, death, rebirth, renewal, on repeat.
Your healing isn't linear either. You'll circle back to the same edges more than once — each time with more wisdom, more truth, less armour. That's not failure, that's the spiral doing its work.
This isn't about becoming someone new. It's a stripping back. A remembering. Twelve weeks, spiralling deeper into your body, your womb, your soul — until what's left is just you, undefended.

Inside the 12 Weeks
This is bespoke. Not a program you're slotted into — a container built around you.
We start by getting brutally clear. What you're here to work through. What you're ready to let go of. The woman you're evoking and reclaiming. That becomes our North Star — the thing we keep coming back to across all twelve weeks, even as each session meets you exactly where you are that week.
The journey moves through four gateways:
Safety. Before anything else, your body has to feel safe enough to open. An unsafe body protects itself — closes the heart, shuts off the sexuality, goes quiet, goes numb. We build the ground first.
Clearing. This is where we go into what's stored — trauma, beliefs, shame, generational patterns, the stuff you've carried in your body without knowing it was yours to put down. None of it was ever unholy. We alchemise it.
Activation. The juicy part. Dormant codes, pleasure, magnetism, eros, the archetypes you carry — Queen, Wild Woman, Lover, Mystic and more — waking back up. Your soul frequency, turned back on.
Embodiment. Integration. Living it. Trusting your body in real relationships, real money decisions, real life — not just on the call.
Each session is 75–90 minutes, held inside an energy vortex, protected by our benevolent spirit team. What moves through me in these sessions is woven from Quantum Kinesiology, Energy Medicine, Point of Light, Reiki, Breathwork, Somatic and Neuro Somatic work, and initiations into priestess lineages — but you don't need to understand any of that to feel it working. You just need to show up.
