About Me

**Welcome, divine woman — I'm Kate**

My mission is to support women in reclaiming their sacred feminine power — awakening the womb and the ancient wisdom that lives within the body.

This journey we take together is one I have walked myself. Through diving into the wisdom and trauma of my own body, I healed what once caused me deep pain, and now live a life of freedom, pleasure and joy.

I'm trained in kinesiology, mind body medicine, Reiki (Master Teacher), energy medicine, breathwork, neuro-somatic attunement and point of light therapy — with over 16 years of experience in healing modalities.

My Philosophy

"The body stores all the trauma, and she also stores all the wisdom. We must descend to ascend."

I work with both the dark and the light feminine. It is only by befriending our shadow that we truly feel whole. Every session is rooted in The W.O.M.B. Portal — reconnecting you to your body through breath, energy and deep embodiment.
