I'm Kate, a multidimensional facilitator, with a big passion for ancient mysteries and the sacred feminine, and how I can support you on your journey into the depths of your cosmic portal - your body. 

I am a Kinesiologist, Mind Body Medicine Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Breathwork facilitator, Neuro somatic therapist, Point of light therapist, oracle and channel in Sydney's beautiful Eastern Beaches ~ Bondi Junction. I offer in person face to face sessions in Bondi (Sydney), ONLINE sessions, group online containers and in person group events. 

I am here to support you to step deeper into your sacred feminine essence, to RECLAIM and REMEMBER your power, fierceness and heart as a woman. 

It is in this space that our magic and fire flows. We are integrated and feel whole. We let go of the mind and let the body and her wisdom lead.

Our body and energy system holds onto everything we have ever experienced in this lifetime & past lifetimes. It holds the ancestral, lineage & the collective consciousness beliefs and traumas - AND, until it becomes conscious, it stays in the unconscious and runs our life without us even realising. 

For us to feel free within ourselves, we must be looking at what is blocking us from who we want to be, and how we are showing up in life. 

Meaning we need to go deep into the body, the nervous system, the energy system, the mind and the subconscious. 

In our work together, we will work through emotions, energy holes & blocks, trauma, belief systems, patterns and behaviours that are keeping you from moving forward and birthing more of who you are in your true essence.

My work is very multidimensional, we often work in the 5th dimension, with your spirit team, we also use alternative medicine therapies, Kinesiology, the acupuncture system, Reiki, Traditional Chinese Medicine, body work and energetic medicine. 

You are fully human and fully divine, so we work in the earthly realms and cosmic realms. This is very powerful and profound work. 

The true purpose of our work together is for you to feel aligned in body, mind and spirit. To reclaim and embody the scared feminine within. She is so ready to emerge, rebirth and be seen. And, this is your invitation to go deeper and unleash yourself in your fullest expression.
