I'm Kate, Kinesiologist, Mind Body Medicine Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Breathwork facilitator, Neuro somatic therapist, Point of light therapist, oracle and channel in Sydney's beautiful Eastern Beaches ~ Bondi Junction. I offer in person face to face sessions in Bondi (Sydney), ONLINE session, group online containers and in person group events.
I am here to support you to step deeper into your sacred feminine essence, to RECLAIM and REMEMBER your power, fierceness and heart as a woman.
It is in this space that our truth lay’s, our magic flows, in this space we hear the whispers of our intuition, feel the power of of light, trust the guidance and act on it. This is where we are able to let go of our mind, and step into the body and her deep wisdom.

During life most of us will experience some kind of stress or trauma. Big or small – it doesn’t matter, our bodies experience stress in the same way. Our mind and body also perceive stress in the same way, so even if you are just thinking about the situation that causes you stress, your body will have the same reaction, as if the event is actually happening to you again.
Stress, anxiety & pain in the body are all ways the body tries to speak to us, and tell us that we need to dive in deeper and heal something. Often when we experience stress or emotional pain in life, and rather than working through it at the time, we suppress and push down our feelings and emotions. Some of us just push emotions to the side, others will push them down with food, alcohol, shopping or social media scrolling. Shoving them down means they are still in us, they get stored in the cells and tissues and organs of the body. Over time this can cause physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances for us. And often our emotions will find a way to come out anyway, and it’s usually not the ways we would like them to come out… they come out sideways – like anger at our partner or child, emotional out bursts, feeling moody, anxiety, fear of a boss, not feeling worthy or deserving of love etc.
So together you and I will work through old emotions, blockages, belief systems, patterns and behaviours that are keeping you from moving forward and growing into the the DIVINE goddess that you are.
We do this by using alternative medicine therapies, Kinesiology, the acupuncture system, Reiki, essential oils, Traditional Chinese Medicine body work and energetic medicine. We work towards making positive changes in your lifestyle, beliefs, thoughts, behaviours & patterns, that will create long lasting change and balance for you in your life.
The true purpose of our work together is for you to feel aligned in body, mind and spirit. To feel excited and energised moving forward in your life and embodying the divine Goddess that you are. She is so ready to emerge, flourish and be seen. And, this is your invitation to go deeper.
